The cover wasn't white enough or stayed white for long enough.

I gained an average of 10 metres over all clubs, particularly in the mid to short, upto 20 with the driver on flushed shots.

Spin was great, just enough to stop dead with little zip back on the short irons. Workability was very predictable and easy to control both upwind and down.
