How long will it take to receive my order?

The Golf Clearance Outlet is committed to providing the most efficient solution to dispatching your orders as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 – 36 hours after receiving the order providing all stock is available. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched; this will provide you with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

To assist us in getting your orders to you as quickly as possible we ship via Star Track Express Couriers and Australia Post eParcel.

Check out our 5 star reviews on the Homepage of our Website. The thing is Australia is BIG, and a few parts are hard to get to, it may take a little longer than we would like. Refer to your tracking details to keep updated on when you can expect your order. 

How much does postage cost?

The Golf Clearance Outlet offers Free Delivery on orders over $30.00 *Please Note In some instances where delivery is to a remote area this might not apply. We will be in touch if that is the case with your order.

 Can I send an order to a different address from my billing address?

You can definitely send an order to a different address to your billing address. When you place your order just be sure to change the shipping address to where you would like it to be delivered.

 I didn't receive an item in my order

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us immediately at brisbane@golfclearanceoutlet.com and we will be happy to investigate this for you.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes we deliver to both these options. *Please Note Aust Post Parcel Facility will not accept oversize parcels for shipping; this may delay your order and could incur a charge.

 Do you offer International Shipping? 

At this time The Golf Clearance Outlet only offer delivery within Australia only.

 What happens after payment is made? (email confirmation etc)

A confirmation email is sent to address provided. Details confirming tracking information are sent for tracking purposes in follow up to the order confirmation. You will also receive a text message confirming delivery details on the day of delivery.

 How long between payment and goods reaching the customer?

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible with most orders arriving within two - three business days. Regional areas may take longer.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a further email wit your shipping details once dispatched
